Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.
Ship the Items
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
